Returns Policy
We want you to love every pair. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items within 30 days.
For change of mind returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any socks that have been opened, tried on, or worn. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure you select the correct size and fit.
If you are ordering multiple pairs and are unsure about sizing, we recommend opening just one pair first to try for size and fit. If they are not right for you, we will accept a return on any remaining pairs that are still unopened and in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please get in touch and we will find the correct solution in line with your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Items are returned at the customer's expense, unless faulty. We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for return shipping. Lamington is not liable for the loss of an item being returned.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, do not request a return. Please send your order details and a photo of the incorrect item to info@lamingtonsocks.com and we will be in contact with you shortly.
We do not accept returns on sale items, end of line, or seconds stock.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you are welcome to submit a return for a refund on any eligible unopened pairs and place a new order.
International Orders
Please select your products carefully - returns for change of mind will incur a shipping charge.
If a product is faulty, we will offer a refund or store credit.
